RealManage – Association Management for the Community

You may wonder what role RealManage plays in the management of the Crown Ranch community. Officially, their role is to implement decisions and policies established by the Board of Directors of the Association. RealManageresponsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Communicate with property owners
  • Assess and collect maintenance fees
  • Organize meetings
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Gather and negotiate bids for service
  • Supervise contracted services
  • Collect account receivables
  • Manage accounts payable
  • Perform non-compliance inspections
  • Prepare and deliver written correspondence relating to Association matters
